11:00 AM - TOUR OF BRITAIN CYCLE RACE
The Tour of Britain annual elite cycling race stage 7 will be coming to Suffolk on 17 September 2010 and is considered to be one of the cornerstones of the UK sporting calender and the country's biggest cycling event. The race will start in Bury St Edmunds at 10.15 am and will be passing through Suffolk towns including Clare between 11.00 am to 11.25 am. Come out and celebrate this prestige carnival atmosphere event which will be shown on ITV 4 each night between 7.00 - 8.00 pm. The cyclists will consist of 17 teams from ten different countries, 5 British teams, 8 Tour De France teams, 100 riders and 8 medalists from Beijing Olympics.
